Born in Salford 03/01/1976. Like the manager Danny decided to retire at an early age of 27 after ankle and knee problems.  He has previously played for Preston North End, Scunthorpe Utd, Altrincham, Curzon Ashton and Salford City. Has coached for Blackburn Rovers, Manchester Utd and also Bobby Charlton's School of Excellence. Enjoyed a successful spell at Trafford FC as Assistant Manager to Danny Johnson until joining Ashton Utd in April 2007.
